This is the application and renewal form for the Matanzas Bay Buccaneers.

By completing this form, you are agreeing to uphold the code set forth in the bylaws of the Matanzas Bay Buccaneers at all times. Acceptance into the crew of the Matanzas Bay Buccaneers 501c3 is based on a probationary period with a review of conduct after 90 days. Remember to make your payment $40 single, or $70 couple to the treasurer or using PayPal - payments@matanzasbaybuccaneers.org.
